I’ve been drinking this gyokuro from Camellia Sinensis (Salon) since 2020.
But it arrived today (January 28, 2023) with some changes to the information I had written down! Here’s the updated table (note the antioxydant and caffeine information inclusion):
| Type | Gyokuro |
|---|---|
| Name | Okabe |
| Cultivar | Yabukita (Cultivar) |
| Producer | Coop d’Okabe |
| Region/Country | Japan |
| Website | Camellia Sinensis |
| Other details | Altitude: 200m |
| Harvested | May 19, 2022 |
Antioxydants|1441 𝜇mol|
|Caffeine|~50 mg per teaspoon|
A very pleasant, fresh-tasting gyokuro that has marine and vegetal undertones.
